It is underlined that the age limits for obtaining category C and CE, or D and DE driving licenses - normally set at 21 and 24 years respectively - can be reduced to 18 and 21 years respectively, if the candidate to obtain the themselves is in possession of a CQC type professional qualification for things or people.
