TAXI SERVICE AND RENTAL WITH DRIVER
Would you like to carry out the TAXI or rental service with driver? You will have to go through the two steps that you will need to acquire a license or authorization or to meet the requirements to participate in a competition.
1 step VOCATIONAL TRAINING CERTIFICATE CAP B
The CAP is a professional qualification certificate that combines with the B driving license and is necessary for driving taxis or rental cars with driver (NCC).
You must have a B driving license and be over 21 years of age.
THEORETICAL TEST
From 2 January 2019 the exam will take place at the Civil Motorization Office using a questionnaire on paper forms; each sheet is made up of 20 multiple choice questions.
Of the three answers you will have to identify the true answer. You will have 30 minutes and you will be able to make a maximum of 2 mistakes.
The KB is national, valid for 5 years and is renewed through a medical examination.
2 step REGISTRATION TO THE REGISTRATION OF DRIVERS IN THE PROVINCE OF VARESE
Registration for the Drivers' Register is provincial and is an exam that you will have to take in the province where you decide to work, only after obtaining the KB.

The exam consists of a 30-minute written test (16 multiple choice quizzes of which only one is correct) and an oral test.
The paper is considered passed by answering exactly 12 questions out of 16, taking into account that they must be distributed with at least two correct answers for each of the three topics examined as well as on the chosen language: geography; national, regional legislation and airport regulations; municipal regulation.
The candidate must know the national and regional regulations, airport regulations and municipal regulations of the capital.
They will also have to prepare themselves on the geography and main roads of Lombardy (state roads and motorways) and of the Province of Varese in particular.
Passing the written test implies moving on to the oral test, which will be held later.
The oral exam consists exclusively of knowledge of the elements of toponymy of the provincial capital and of the municipalities of the province itself, with a population exceeding 50,000 inhabitants.
